1. Planning Starts the Day You Book

The boudoir magic begins long before you walk into the studio. The moment you reserve your date, you’ll start receiving our exclusive planning guides and prep emails—packed with wardrobe tips, posing inspiration, self-care reminders, and everything you need to feel ready.

By the time your shoot day arrives, you’ll know exactly what to expect (and be counting down the days).

2. VIP Welcome

When you arrive at our Saraland, Alabama studio, you’re greeted like the star you are. You’ll have a chance to relax, get comfortable, and shake off any last-minute nerves before we dive into the fun.

3. Outfit Review & Styling

Let's unpack your bag. We’ll go over the outfits you’ve brought and mix in hand-picked pieces from our client closet—filled with size-inclusive lingerie, couture robes, angel wings, rhinestone sparkle sets, and more.

4. Hair & Makeup Magic

Once your outfits are set, it’s glam time. Our professional beauty team creates the perfect look for your session—soft and romantic, bold and glamorous, or anything in between.

This is also when the excitement really kicks in—you’ll start to feel that “wow, I really AM doing this” energy.

5. Posing Guidance from Head to Toe

Never modeled before? Perfect. Daphne will guide you through every pose—how to sit, where to put your hands, when to pop a hip, even how to breathe for the shot. She’ll also show you previews on the back of the camera so you can see how incredible you look in real time.

6. Fun, Laughter, and “OMG That’s Me?!” Moments

7. Optional Implied or Nude Shots

If you decide during your session to go a little bolder, we can create implied nude portraits or full nude shots—totally optional and 100% on your terms. (Read more in Do I Have to Get Naked?)

8. Same-Day Image Reveal

After the shoot, you’ll get a short break while we prepare your image reveal. Then comes the moment you’ve been waiting for—seeing your portraits for the first time.

You’ll choose your favorite images and decide how to display them—albums, wall art, or digital files. Whether your portraits are for your partner or just for you, you’ll walk away knowing you’ve captured something unforgettable.
