1. Do I have to be naked?

Not even close—unless you want to be.

At HelloBoudoir.com, you’re in full control of what you wear (or don’t wear). We photograph everything from cozy sweaters and oversized robes to barely-there lingerie and artistic nudes. It’s all about your comfort level and your vision for your session our South Alabama studio.

2. What if I’m not photogenic?

Everyone says that—until they see their photos.

You don’t need to know how to pose. You don't have to be a model. Daphne guides you through every move, right down to your fingertips, with gentle direction and plenty of encouragement. It’s our job to show you how stunning you truly are.

3. Do I have to lose weight first?

No. Full stop.

Boudoir isn’t about what you think you should look like. It’s about celebrating who you are right now. We pose you beautifully, light you perfectly, and capture the magic you already have. No crash diets necessary. In fact, Daphne's poses will make you feel like you lost 20 pounds.

4. What should I wear?

Whatever makes you feel amazing!

You will love our planning guides. Bring up to 3 outfits you love (minimum)—bodysuits, lingerie, robes, a partner’s shirt, or even a favorite dress. You’ll also have access to our client closet filled with size-inclusive couture overlay pieces, angel wings, Murder Robes, rhinestone sparkle sets, and more. We’ll help you plan every detail.

5. Will you help with hair and makeup?

Absolutely.

All HelloBoudoir.com sessions include full glam by our professional beauty team. Think soft curls, sultry eyes, lashes, and a little extra sparkle—so you feel your absolute best before the camera even clicks. You control your look, we make it amazing.

6. What if I’m nervous or awkward?

Totally normal—and we promise, that melts away fast. It would honestly be weird if you were NOT nervous.

We create a private, supportive space where you can be yourself. Within minutes, the nerves turn into laughter, smiles, and “wait—was that me?!” moments. By the end, you’ll feel empowered and completely in your element.

7. Can I bring a friend for support?

Yes—but most women find they don’t need one once we get started!

That said, you’re welcome to bring a trusted friend if it helps you feel more comfortable for your hair and makeup session. We’ll just ask that they excuse themself during your session to keep the focus on you.

8. Where are you located?

We’re based just outside Mobile, Alabama, in Saraland and serve the Gulf Coast, including Pensacola, Ocean Springs, and beyond. Our private studio features 16+ luxury set options, tons of wardrobe choices, and beautiful natural lighting. Easy travel by car, by plane and NOW by train.

9. How much does it cost?

We offer a variety of session options, depending on what you want. Every session includes professional hair + makeup, outfit planning, full posing guidance, access to our set wardrobe, and a same-day image reveal. The session retainer is all you spend up front. Weekday sessions start currently at $299.

10. What happens after the session?

After your shoot, we’ll show you fully retouched and untouched images the same day. You’ll get to choose your favorites and design albums, wall art, or digital collections right here in the studio.
