Sometimes stuff happens - we get it, we're just like you and we know that sometimes you just can't control life. So, with that in mind, while we are understanding, please know in advance that all reschedules will have some sort of cost associated with rebooking the service.

RETAINER fees cover planning, portrait services with Hello Boudoir Studio, reserved schedule for our Professional editor and your HMUA's time and talent. RETAINER fees are non-refundable once your session has been booked on my calendar. If you need to change your day, YOU WILL NEED TO BOOK A NEW SESSION.

There are situations where our team may approve a reschedule opportunity for you, for emergency situations. There are fees for a reschedule. Why? We have to reserve all your professional services again, and their time is just as valuable as yours, so it does cost us more money, costing YOU more money. 

NOTE: ALL RESCHEDULE INVITATIONS EXPIRE WITHIN 14 DAYS. YOU MUST BE RESCHEDULED BY DAY 14 FOR A FUTURE SESSION DATE OR BOOK A NEW SESSION WHEN YOU ARE READY.

Full Studio Weekday Session RESCHEDULES Approved reschedules within 7 DAYS will have a $200 non-refundable charge to reserve your day and time on our calendar. Please be sure to select your day and time carefully to fit into your schedule. Services must be rescheduled for a future date on our calendar within 10 days of your cancellation to be eligible for this discounted reschedule.  *NOTE: Any reschedule less than 72 hours require a new booking.

Creative Sessions / MODEL CALLS This studio does NOT reschedule cancellations for Creative Sessions or Model Calls. Creative Session appointments that do not confirm appointments or complete planning tasks timely, will not be photographed, and will not be eligible for future creative session opportunities. THERE ARE NO RESCHEDULES FOR CREATIVE SESSIONS OR MODEL CALLS.

COVID RESCHEDULE / FLU Covid and / flu related reschedules will follow our regular reschedule policies. Approved rescheduled within 72 hours will have a $250 reschedule fee. Any reschedule less than 72 hours require a new booking.

Inclement Weather This studio follows the Saraland City Schools schedule. If they close for any weather related issue, there is no charge for your reschedule. Your safety is the most important thing and if it's not safe to be out for you, it's the same value for my team. 

What do I do if I need to Reschedule my Session?

Reach out to Daphne as soon as you know. Hello Boudoir uses contracted vendors who run successful businesses. When you are on my calendar, you are on theirs. Let's be respectful of their time and talent. Reschedule requests will be sent to a rebooking calendar link. Once you pay your rescheduling fee, you can reschedule. Cancellations less than 7 DAYS from booking day and time will NOT be honored for reschedule requests, but you can book a NEW session. Please NOTE: not all reschedule requests are approved.

What happens to my pre-payment plan if I need to cancel or reschedule? Pre-Payment plans become a store credit. All monies paid will remain in your account for 18 months. You can use that money to reschedule, to book a new session outside the reschedule invitation timeline and to purchase add ons to your newly booked session. Cancellations 30 days before your shoot day are eligible for a refund less your payment processing fees. Fees are 35%. All refunds are processed within 30 days of your originally scheduled session date. Cancellations less than 30 days before your session will have a store credit valid for 18 months from their booked session date. 

Why do I need to pay more money to rebook my session? This studio retains the services of the best of the very best in several industries for your services. When you need to rebook your session, we need to retain the services of these professionals again on a NEW DAY for YOU. That service cost me money to retain, so it will cost you additional money. Their time is just as valuable as yours and mine and I like to make sure that they are paid for that service to you and my studio. Additionally, we do not reschedule a rescheduled appointment.

What if I'm running late for my session? You need to let the team at Hello Boudoir know when you will not arrive at the studio on time for your 9:00am session. . If you are not in the studio within 15 minutes of your scheduled session, we will release your hair and makeup artist and you will need to reschedule your session. I know that things come up and traffic can not be controlled, but if you are traveling by car please allow yourself a cushion for traffic delays to ensure you are in the studio no less than 15 minutes past your session. Session reschedules are not moved to the back of our long line, but to a flex day purposely open for emergencies like yours. Our planning guide encourages you to arrive 15 minutes early.

Due to the highly custom nature of the photography business, there are NO REFUNDS permitted after your order is placed.
