She is just like you and me. Giving everything we have to give. Working all day at a job that doesn't appreciate your awesomeness only to go home and continue the hard work of being the best Mom ever and the best Wife ever in a clean house with zero dirty clothes to wash. It's an endless job and it can seem like we are trapped in that Groundhogs day movie, if we don't slow down and take care of ourselves. We - YOU and ME are the most least cared for person in our life. We have to do better. THIS is your YEAR.

You have to do better. I have to do better. Commit to doing one thing for yourself each and every day. Start small - a long bath after the kids are asleep, or paint your nails, or do a face mask while you are binge watching YOU. Fill your own cup so you can give back the best part of you to the people you love the most. They deserve to see your smiling face.

Self Care is NOT selfish.
